    We'll then jump into an assessment and goal-setting session to kick things off, and then you're on your way to success.

aBOUT yOUR nEXT 30 DAYS

Over your first 30 days with us at FX Fitness, we will help you to take control of your health, and fitness.


You'll sit with a coach to assess where you're currently at, and dig a little deeper into your specific goals. From there, we will set some 90 day and 30 day targets for you, and schedule your training for the week.


Throughout the process, you'll have access to not only the personal training sessions, but also our cardio fitness classes and anytime gym use. In addition, your dedicated coach will provide you with a detailed training programme on your FX training app, so you know exactly what you need to do to get results.


And that's not all. Throughout your entire journey, you'll receive nutrition guidance specific to you and your biggest challenges when to achieving weight loss or muscle-building results.

How much does it cost?

If you are looking for a fitness solution based purely on price we may be the wrong fit for you.  We believe in delivering exceptional value. Our semi-private personal training prices (most popular training options) range from just £127 per month to £197 per month, and vary depending on your individual needs.

Do I need to get fitter before I start? 

Absolutely not. Our expert coaches will meet you where you're at, whether that's someone who hasn't managed to keep fit and active over recent years, someone recovering from illness or injury, or even someone who's simply never felt comfortable with exercise. We can guide you every step on the way, so don't put this off. 

What times are the training sessions? 

With our membership, you can work out anytime during our opening hours using the gym to follow your workouts, but we suggest you make the most of the coaching sessions. Our PT sessions start from 6am during the week and 8am at the weekend, with our latest sessions finishing at 8.50pm during the week. 

Whatever your schedule, busy parent, shift worker, 9-5, or anything else, we can find the perfect sessions to for you to attend.
