A QUICK INTRO FROM JOSH

“Hi guys, so, a quick intro to me… 

I’ve always had a keen interest in health and fitness, and have been working in the fitness industry since 2008, first as a gym instructor, then soon this moving into personal training. 

Throughout the years, I’ve worked with individuals of all levels and ages to achieve their fitness goals, from youth athletes to elderly populations, and those looking to just “get a bit healthier” up to the highest levels in sport. 

My passion for health and fitness extends into all other areas of my life, including my own training, hobbies and education. This passion has led me to constantly strive for more knowledge and application in this area, leading to completing various strength and conditioning accreditations, an MSc in the field, and Postgraduate work in performance Nutrition. 

Whatever your fitness goals, whether that means reaching new PB’s in the gym, or taking control of health and body composition, we have you covered!
