How much does it cost?

We have a range of options to choose from, including one off drop in sessions at £12 per class, to monthly memberships ranging from £39 to £69, we're sure you'll find the option that's right for you!  

 

How do I book a class, course or workshop?

Booking classes, courses or workshops can be done via any of the 'book here' buttons on this page, or, if you've been with us before - you'll have access to our booking app. If you need some support deciding which class will be most appropriate for your needs, our expert teachers are happy to jump on a call with you to help you start with the perfect class for you. That said, we find most people prefer the memberships, as you'll find most benefit from Yoga by including it into your routine. Our Kick-Start Yoga - January offer is the perfect starting point.

Do I need to have experience in Yoga?

Not at all. If you're wanting to move better, learn to relax, and generally improve wellness, then Yoga is for you. The best time to start is now!
